Mushroom Quick Chicken* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless, skinless breasts
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 c. half and half
    2 cloves garlic, minced and pressed
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine eggs and milk; whip until light and frothy. Put flour in a shallow dish.
    Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat; do not let butter burn.
    Dip chicken in egg/milk mixture, then lightly coat with flour and brown both sides in buttered skillet (fry approximately 5 minutes on each side).
    Place chicken on paper towel to drain.
