Pimiento Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small can evaporated milk
    dash of salt (plain or garlic)
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 can chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Melt cheese and milk in double boiler.
    Add remainder of ingredients; mix well.
    Refrigerate.
    May be used as a dip or spread for sandwiches.
