Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (any brand)
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    dash of salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts or any other nut meat
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In heavy pan, over low heat, melt chips with the Eagle Brand condensed milk.
    Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into waxed paper lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
    Chill 2 hours or until firm.
    Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel paper off.
    Cut into squares.
    May store loosely in covered container in refrigerator or room temperature.
