Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 big yams
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 bag marshmallows
Preparation

Wash and clean 8 big yams.
Boil yams until soft. Drain water from yams and add butter, sugar and milk.
Mash everything together.
Put in casserole dish and add marshmallows. Put in oven until marshmallows are melted.
Take out and serve.
