Philippine Chicken(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up, or 3 large breasts
    3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Place chicken in shallow baking pan.
    Mix all other ingredients; pour over chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
