Chicken With Oranges And Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (1/2) chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    18 snow peas, slivered
    toasted cashews (optional)
    water chestnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Slice chicken into 1-inch slices.
    Heat 3 tablespoons orange juice in frying pan, add chicken.
    Saute for 5 minutes.
    Combine soup mix, water and remaining orange juice in a large casserole.
    Add chicken, water chestnuts and oranges; bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.
    Add snow peas and bake for 5 minutes.
