Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 c. sugar
 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
Preparation
- 
                            Cream sugar and butter together. Add flour, vanilla and egg. Put drained fruit in bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan. Pour topping over fruit. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
