Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. chopped apples (approximately 5 apples)
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix and pour salad oil and eggs into chopped apples.
Mix dry ingredients with apple mixture.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan or Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven or until done.
