Broiled Teriyaki Chops - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. minced green onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
Preparation

Combine teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, minced green onions and lemon juice together.
Marinate pork chops in mixture, then place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Remove; keep marinade. Place pork chops on broiler rack. Broil 5 to 6-inches from heat for 12 to 15 minutes. Brush with marinade.
Turn once.
You'll know they are perfectly cooked when a meat thermometer inserted registers 160\u00b0.
