Sugar-Free Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. low-fat milk
    1 pkg. Jell-O sugar-free vanilla pudding (cook type, not instant)
    1/2 c. Minute rice (raw)
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Over a very low heat and stirring constantly, whisk together the milk and the pudding.
    When blended, add rice and stir.
    Bring to a soft boil.
    Be sure to keep stirring or it will stick to the bottom of the pan.
    Cook for the length of time specified on the pudding box.
