Lemon Batter Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsifted flour
    2/3 c. ReaLemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. fish fillets
    extra flour and lemon
    vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
    In
    medium
    bowl, mix flour, water, 1/3 cup lemon juice, egg, baking powder, salt and sugar to make batter.
    Dip fish in extra lemon juice; coat with flour then the batter.
    Fry in hot oil until golden brown; drain.
    Serve immediately.
