Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch double crust pastry
6 c. peeled sliced apples
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to
425\u00b0.\tIn a large bowl, combine apples and all dry
ingredients.
Toss
lightly
to
mix.
Turn
into pastry lined pan.\tDot with butter.
Cover with top crust; cut slits in crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
