Zucchini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini (10 x 3-inches) or 2 medium
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    pinch of oregano
    pinch of basil
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut
    off
    stem and blossom ends, wash and slice
    zucchini
    into
    thin slices lengthwise.\tSaute beef until it loses its color;
    drain fat.
    Add onion, tomato, tomato sauce and water
    along
    with seasonings.
    Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
    In
    oblong
    baking
    dish, layer zucchini, meat mixture and cheeses, ending with meat and cheese on top.
    Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
