Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. potatoes, sliced thin
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 onions, sliced thin
    1 soup can water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix soup and water together.
    Heat until warm.
    Make a layer of potatoes and onion.
    Pour half of soup over potatoes.
    Repeat with the rest of the potatoes and soup.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
    Remove from oven, add the cheese.
    Return to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese browns.
