Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed or coarsely shredded
    1 lb. hamburger
    4 c. zucchini, sliced thin
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 medium size onion, diced
    3 large tomatoes, diced (remove seed cavities)
    3/4 to 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in melted margarine.\tSeason hamburger with salt.
    Fry\tmeat
    and drain fat.
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with soaked bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
