Reuben Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. milk
    8 oz. Swiss cheese
    rye bread croutons (optional)
    8 oz. corned beef
    1 lb. sauerkraut
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients,
    except croutons, and heat to boiling point.
    Cook
    until cheese is melted, using care so as not to burn.
    May garnish with croutons.
