Pasties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg yolk
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Add shortening, water, lemon juice and egg yolk.
Mix into each other.
Roll out 6 pasties and fill with hamburger, carrots, onions and a few potatoes.
Salt and pepper.
Add a little cream of mushroom soup. Fold over and bake at 400\u00b0 for 3/4 hour.
