Ingredients

10 medium potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. butter
3 medium onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
1 large Tbsp. baking powder
3 eggs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Peel and grate potatoes.
Saute the onions in the butter until soft.
To the potatoes, add flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Beat the eggs; add the sour cream.
Mix it and add to the mixture.
Add the onions.
Mix it well.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for one hour.
