Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans whole kernel corn
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 pkg. crackers
    butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Empty two cans of corn in baking dish.
    Beat egg into milk in small bowl.
    Mix egg and milk mixture in with corn and mix in 3/4 pack of crumbled crackers.
    Press crackers down in corn with a fork.
    Break rest of crackers up fine and put on top of mixture; press them down just to moisten.
    Dab top with butter and salt and pepper.
    Bake for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
