Shrimp And Linguini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. refrigerated fresh linguini
1 1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. snipped fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of paprika
6 oz. peeled and deveined shrimp
1 c. broccoli and cauliflower florets
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients and set aside.
Combine cumin, pepper and paprika and toss with shrimp.
Add broccoli to shrimp mixture and steam until shrimp are done, stirring once.
(Shrimp will become translucent.)
Drain pasta and transfer to serving plates. Spoon broccoli and shrimp mixture on top.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Serves 2.
