Crabmeat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 oz. crab meat
    1 c. cooked peas
    1 c. cooked rice (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped pimiento (optional)
    crisp salad greens
Preparation
    Separate crabmeat, removing membrane.
    Add remaining ingredients except salad greens, mixing gently.
    Refrigerate covered for at least 1 hour.
    Serve on salad greens.
