Rice And Ham Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked ham, diced
Preparation
    In medium bowl, beat eggs.
    Add cooked rice, milk and butter; mix well.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Beat until well blended.
    Stir in diced ham.
