Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 large onion
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream soup
    Ore-Ida Southern frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
Preparation
    Chop onion and saute in oleo.
    Add Velveeta and heat until cheese melts.
    Add sour cream, soup and potatoes.
    Mix well and pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    Check for doneness at the end of 1 hour.
    Cooking time may vary with type and size of container.
