Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    2 c. finely diced celery
    1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded mild cheese
    1 c. broken potato chips
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients
    except
    cheese and potato chips. Turn into
    shallow
    buttered
    casserole.
    Combine
    cheese and potato chips and spread over top. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    (Do not overcook.) Makes 6 servings.
