Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) bag chopped broccoli
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    8 c. water
    1 c. milk
    flour
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Boil broccoli, onion, salt and pepper in water 15 minutes. Add cheese until melted. Add milk; use flour if you need to make soup thicker. Mix flour with water until creamy. Gradually add to soup until desired thickness.
