Baked Chicken Livers And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. rice (Minute rice), uncooked
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Coat chicken livers with flour; brown in butter.
    Remove from skillet; place in casserole dish.
    Add a little more butter and saute celery, onion and rice for 2 minutes, add chicken broth.
    Mix well with chicken livers.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
