Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    salt and pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Lightly salt and pepper chicken.
    Put chicken in bottom of baking dish.
    Saute celery in oleo.
    Add to baking dish.
    Add rice.
    Combine soups and water.
    Pour in.
    Sprinkle dried onion soup mix over chicken and other ingredients.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
