Quick Chili Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
10 oz. corn
1 c. diced green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain.
Add all ingredients except rice and cheese.
Cover and bring to a full boil.
Add rice; reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese to cover and melt.
