Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tall can Pet evaporated milk
2 (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts

Preparation

Combine
all ingredients, except pie crusts, in a large mixing bowl.
Beat
with
an
electric
mixer until smooth and creamy. Pour in pie crusts and bake at 375\u00b0 for 70 minutes.
