4 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. coconut
cake meal
Preparation

Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff.
Add coconut.
Add enough cake meal to make batter loose enough to drop off spoon. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
