Polynesian Tang Island Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. lean country style spareribs
1 can tomato sauce with mushrooms (8 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (8 oz.)
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Trim fat from ribs.
Line a large shallow baking dish with foil.
Arrange ribs in dish.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn and bake 30 minutes more.
Pour off fat.
