Egg Custard Pie(Very Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, separated (use yolks)
    1 stick butter less 1 tsp. (room temperature)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Carnation evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add butter and mix.
    Add yolks, milk and vanilla; mix again.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Beat egg whites (1/3 cup sugar to 3 egg whites) and put on baked pie.
    Bake again until golden brown.
