Raisin Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Del Monte seedless raisins
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour
    and salt with raisins.
    Add water and lemon juice.
    Cook
    over
    low
    heat,
    stirring constantly, until thickened (about
    5 minutes).
    Cool and spread in 9-inch baked pie shell.
