Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix and put in baking dish.
    Mix 1 stick butter (melted) or margarine and 1 stack crushed Ritz crackers.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until brown.
