Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef chuck
    1 egg
    1/4 c. dry Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Shape into 1-inch meatballs (about 28).
    Arrange on pan. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes until uniformly brown.
