Supper Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    8 oz. thin noodles
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large skillet cook turkey in margarine until lightly browned; stirring to keep crumbly.
    Stir in onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Arrange uncooked noodles over mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.
    Pour tomatoes over all; do not stir.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
