Curried Almonds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. blanched whole almonds
1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. curry powder
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. In 8 or 9-inch cake pan, combine almonds and melted butter. Toast in oven 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add curry powder and salt; toss until thoroughly coated. Transfer to waxed paper to cool.
Store almonds in tightly covered container.
