Fish With Sour Cream And Parmesan Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sole, cod, flounder or whitefish
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Rinse fish under cold water and pat dry.
Lay fish in greased baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix sour cream and cheese together and spread evenly over fish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, then brown under broiler.
