Basic Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, divided
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion flakes
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, 1/2 cup tomato sauce and the next 5 ingredients; mix well.
    Shape meat mixture into a loaf.
    Place on rack of a lightly greased broiler pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Combine remaining tomato sauce and the last 2 ingredients; stir well.
    Pour over meat loaf; bake an additional 5 minutes.
