Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
6 qt. popcorn
Preparation

Keep
corn
warm in a 300\u00b0 oven.
Melt margarine.
Stir in brown
sugar,
syrup
and salt.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat;
stir in soda and vanilla.
Pour over corn and mix well. Bake
at
250\u00b0
for
1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool. Store in an airtight container.
