Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 pan cornbread
    2 slices bread, soaked in milk
    pepper
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Let cool and remove chicken from bone, reserving broth for dressing.
    Saute onions and celery in margarine until tender.
    In a large mixing bowl, crumble cornbread; add broth, chicken, bread and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add onions, celery, sage, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well.
    Bake in roasting pan at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
