Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. squash
    1 large onion
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    dash of salt
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Chop squash and onion. Boil in water until onion is clear. Drain off water. Fry sausage and beef until browned.
    Drain off fat. Combine zucchini mixture with meat, seasoning, salt and tomato sauce.
    Place mixture in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs and cheese on top.
    Bake at 357\u00b0 until brown (approximately 45 minutes).
