Chicken Green Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken or chicken breasts
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. green noodles
    1 c. cheese crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Stew hen.
    Reserve stock.
    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Saut pepper, onion and celery in margarine.
    Add mushrooms and chicken.
    Boil noodles in reserved stock; drain well.
    Combine with chicken mixture and pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until well heated.
