Low-Fat Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. berries (blueberries)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs and blend with other ingredients until batter is smooth and thick enough to coat a spoon.
    Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
    Heat a 5 or 6-inch crepe pan.
    Oil lightly and pour in just enough batter to form a very thin layer.
    Tilt pan so batter spreads evenly.
    Cook on one side, turn and brown on other side. Stack with waxed paper.
