Chicken Oahu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. herbed stuffing cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream or milk
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine stuffing cubes, undrained pineapple and 1/4 cup water.
    Put in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    In bag combine flour, salt, paprika and dash of pepper.
    Add chicken a few pieces at a time, shake to coat.
    In skillet, brown chicken in hot oil. Place atop stuffing.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
