Southern Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 c. brown soup stock
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1/8 c. liquid smoke
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and simmer in a heavy pan 2 hours, uncovered.\tStir
often
to prevent burning.
Watch the liquid content does not
evaporate,
you may need to add a bit of water. Makes 1 quart.
