Pineapple Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker pie shell
1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. chilled evaporated milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In a saucepan, bring to boil the crushed pineapple.
Stir in lemon Jell-O until dissolved, then mix in sugar.
In another bowl, whip chilled evaporated milk with lemon juice.
Mix this into pineapple mixture.
Pile into pie shell and refrigerate at least one hour.
Garnish with shaved chocolate.
