Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large cabbage leaves
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's tomato juice or soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice or oats
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook cabbage a few minutes in salted water to soften; drain. Mix 2 tablespoons soup or juice with rest of ingredients.
Place mixture inside of cabbage and roll up.
Place rolls seam side down; pour on juice.
Cover; simmer 40 minutes.
