Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 3/4 c. cold milk
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
Preparation

Grease 9 x 14-inch dish or pan.
Mix flour, oleo, sugar and nuts.
Spread in pan (you may have to work with this a while) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool.
Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
Spread over cool crust. Mix 2 packages pudding and milk.
Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Cover and refrigerate. (Chocolate or Butterscotch pudding may be substituted.
Lite oleo, Cool Whip and cream cheese may be used.)
