Mushroom And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 large can mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook onions, celery and pepper in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients and put into 9 x 13-inch dish. Will be very soupy. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
